Explanation

I guess the whole reason I started this project was to learn more in depth about the world I was coming in to. I didn't realise how uncommon it would be to be the first person perusing arts in my family. We were at the pub after our first lecture and the question "Are your parents in the creative industry?" got floated across the table. A solid agreement of nods and reiteration of grandparents, aunts, uncles. Photographers, illustrators designers highlighted their vocations. Someone once told me they thought it was so interesting that everything I knew I found out by myself.I get how that can seem cool when your parents have taught you everything you know.
